CODED LANGUAGE, 2009 - 2010.

Brasilia,1968.

She took part in the artistic panorama of his hometown from 1990 to 1995, when she used to sign her works as Angelica Franca. In 1991, with a work entitled “What is worth more, three half lives or two medium lives?” She received an acquisition award from the Brasilia Museum of Art. In 1993, she joined the group show SANGUE NOVO in the Cultural Complex of the Caixa Econômica and in 1995, made a solo show at the Itaú Gallery in Goiânia, with the work O Homem que se atravessava. In 2001 she moved to Barcelona for a period of one year and a half and has already been for 10 years in the city. She changed Franca to Padovani and since 2001, develops a work entitled Absence: she will never be the same that makes, in random lengths of time, self-portraits in automatic machine at the metro stations so that later she can see how time changed his image. The work was presented in the exhibition Aos Ventos que Virão – ECCO – Brasília in August 2010.
