Professor at the University of Brasília UNB since 1987. PhD in Theory and Art History at the University of Kent at Canterbury (England) and MFA at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (USA). Held over 13 solo exhibitions in different institutions and galleries, among them the following are particularly notable: Superior Street Gallery in Chicago, the Museum of Contemporary Art USP/Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo and the Museu de Arte de Santa Catarina, Florianópolis. He published two books of his drawings and paintings: Interferências and A Tarefa Infinita. Between 2009 and 2011 was the chairman of the Postgraduate Program in Art at UnB. In 2011 he was nominated for the Award for Art Professional Investor – PIPA and launched his new book EXPERIMENTAL, deluxe edition with pictures and texts of his own.
