Belo Horizonte, 1963. Lives and works in Barcelona.
Graduated in Painting from the University of Brasilia in 1995, but immediately swapped the canvas for installations and artefacts. Since 1990 he has participated in exhibitions and displays in different cities in Brazil, among which the following are particularly notable: II MAM Bahia Exhibition (1995), Itaú Gallery of Brasilia (1997), Visual Directions Project (1998), VII MAM Bahia Exhibition (2000). In 1999 he was awarded at the Panorama of Brazilian Art of the MAM São Paulo and he had one of his works added to the museum collection. He also gave exhibitions at the Itaú Gallery (1995), Ecco (2000), Thomas Cohn Gallery (2001), Torreão (2007) and Brazilian Cultural Box(2010). In 1999 he recieved a research scholarship from the Brazilian Award for Visual Arts. Recently, in 2010, and gave a speech on the North Eixinho Avenue of Brasilia with a word game hung from the streetlamps.
